MARY O'KEEFE
Fashion
I began thrifting in high school, pulled into the world of sustainable fashion by affordable prices, eclectic pieces, and avoiding the fluorescent lighting of mall dressing rooms. As a musician, I love being able to express myself onstage, whether it’s through my oboe or my apparel. This is my first time stepping out into the world as a stylist, and I’m so thrilled to be working with three brilliant women to make this dream a reality. ALYSSA WANG
Photography
I started playing violin when I was six years old and bought my first professional camera only a year and a half ago. To see these two creative outlets come together now is immensely satisfying and exciting! Working with Mary, Rachel, and Wensley is a joy and an inspiration, especially getting to see how everyone brings their own vision and skillset to the table. Notes on a Thread is a departure from my usual projects in the best way, and I am so excited for everyone to see the art that we create. RACHEL VON HUSEN
Hair Styling
I’m a Boston based hairstylist and color specialist; however, the last few years have forged a fledgling interest in the more editorial and avant-Garde realm of hair. I love drawing inspiration from anything and everything around me when creating hair both behind the chair and for independent projects like this. I’m so excited to be a part of this coalition of women and feel honored to be able to lend my skills to a project and ethos I can firmly stand behind. WENSLEY FAGAN
Makeup
I am a hairstylist in the Wellesley area specializing in both color and cutting. I have a passion for makeup that I love getting to explore and utilize in creative projects like this one. Nearly all of my clothing comes from thrift or secondhand stores so I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of this project because it offered me a unique creative outlet for personal interests and causes I care about! I'm also so excited and lucky to be working with three other extremely talented and smart women! To contact me or check out some of my work, my Instagram is: @wensleyfagan
